• Conditions of participation: The Match Society reserves the right to select participants. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a “match”. No refunds will be given in the event of exclusion for non-compliance with the code of conduct.

• Responsibility: The Match Society organizes events in compliance with safety standards. However, each participant remains responsible for their behavior and interactions.

General Conditions of Use (GCU)

1. Objet

Les présentes Conditions Générales d’Utilisation (ci-après « CGU ») ont pour objet de définir les modalités et conditions dans lesquelles les utilisateurs accèdent au site internet www.thematchsociety.ch et utilisent les services proposés par TheMatchSociety.
Tout accès et/ou utilisation du site implique l’acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGU.

2. Accès au site

TheMatchSociety s’efforce d’assurer un accès continu au site, sous réserve des opérations de maintenance, des mises à jour ou de toute autre interruption nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du service.
TheMatchSociety ne saurait être tenue responsable en cas d’indisponibilité temporaire ou définitive du site.

La participation aux événements organisés par TheMatchSociety implique l’acceptation du Consentement et du Code de conduite communiqués aux participants.
Chaque membre s’engage à fournir des informations exactes et sincères, à respecter les règles de confidentialité, de courtoisie et de bonne conduite, et à ne pas utiliser les événements à des fins commerciales ou publicitaires.

En cas de non-respect de ces règles, TheMatchSociety se réserve le droit d’exclure immédiatement le participant, sans remboursement et sans possibilité de contestation.

Consent & Code of Conduct

By participating in the event organized by The Match Society, I acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

  • I confirm that I have provided accurate and truthful information in my application form.

  • I consent to my personal data (form, questionnaire) being used solely for the purposes of selection, running the event and improving services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • I agree that The Match Society may refuse or cancel my participation in the event of inaccurate information or non-compliance with this Code of Conduct.

  • I understand that The Match Society does not guarantee a “match” or a lasting relationship, as the experience relies on free and authentic interactions between participants.

  • I agree that photos or videos may be taken at the event, only subject to my explicit written consent (separate checkbox). Without this consent, no images will be used or distributed.


Code of Conduct :

Each participant agrees to:

  1. Respect other guests with courtesy, kindness and confidentiality.

  2. Do not engage in intrusive, aggressive, discriminatory or inappropriate behavior.

  3. Respect parity and the flow of activities, even if there is no immediate “love at first sight”.

  4. Do not use the event for commercial, prospecting or advertising purposes.

  5. Maintain the confidentiality of personal or professional information shared by other participants.

  6. Respect the rules of punctuality and active participation in planned activities.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, The Match Society reserves the right to immediately exclude the participant, without refund and without the possibility of appeal.
